Travel Bursaries

We are pleased to be able to offer a number of travel bursaries worth
up to EUR 250 each to student presenters coming from the Eastern
Central European countries.

Applications for travel bursaries can be made by sending an
application form via email to the conference email address any time
after the submission of an abstract at EasyAbs, but no later than 15
July 2011. The application form is available here: (.doc; .pdf).

Preliminary information on bursaries:

Eligibility:
Any student of a university in an Eastern Central European country can
apply for a travel bursary. Students to receive a bursary will be
selected from those applicants whose abstract has been accepted for
presentation at CECIL’S.

incurred. Reimbursements are made for the cheapest available travel
option only. This may be travel by train, by coach, or, if no cheaper
alternative exists, by plane. No bursary will cover all travel costs,
and no bursary will be worth less than half the travel costs incurred.
The maximum value of any one bursary is EUR 250.

Paperwork:
Conference presenters who have received a travel bursary will have to
hand over a VAT invoice that the upon purchasing their travel tickets.
The invoice will need to be made out for the name and address of the
Faculty of Humanities of Pazmany Peter Catholic University [Name: Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem, Address: H-2087 Piliscsaba, Egyetem u. 1.], and will need to be handed over
to the conference organizers for our records.
