Participants can be accomodated on campus in a recently built dorm building (called Iosephinum), which has double rooms with their own bathroom.
INFO FOR PARTICIPANTS STAYING AT THE DORM:
- The keys to your room can be picked up at the registration desk in the main hall of building Stephaneum (the conference venue) between noon and 8pm on Thursday, 23 August. (Each occupant of a double room will receive her/his own key.) If you arrive either earlier or later than that, then please ring Lilla Pintér, a student helper, who will have your keys (she will be at the dorm after 8pm on Thursday): 0036 30 568 05 08
- The dorm is to be found at one end of the campus (see the campus map HERE). You’ll need to first pick up your key in building Stepheneum, then cross the main road within the campus over a footbridge to arrive at dorm Iosephinum.
- Please note that the kitchen is not equipped, so please bring your own spoon and knife and whatever you need, if you want to use the kitchen (we will try to provide plastic cutlery and cups, though).
- Your bed comes with bed linen, and you will receive a towel.
You can book your accommodation in the dorm by filling in the appropriate part of the conference registration form. The conference registration form will be made available via the right hand side menu item “Registration”.
The dorm offers a special rate to conference participants: cca. HUF 3500 (cca. EUR 13) per person per night. Prices are to be paid on site at the conference registration desk in Hungarian forints.
