We are pleased to be able to offer a number of bursaries to selected student presenters. You can apply for either one or both of the following two types of bursaries:
1. Travel Bursary
2. Accommodation Bursary
Eligibility:
Only students with an abstract accepted for presentation at CECIL’S 3 are eligible for either of the two bursaries. Although preference will be given to students coming from the East-Central European countries, students from other countries are also encouraged to apply.
1. Travel bursary:
We will purchase the plane/train/coach tickets for those conference presenters who are awarded a travel bursary. The value of a bursary will depend on the actual costs incurred by the trip. The maximum value of any one bursary is EUR 200.
Important:
If you are applying for a travel bursary, please do not purchase your tickets yet. We will only be able to contribute to your travel expenses by booking and buying tickets for you through the contracted travel agency of our university.
You are welcome to send your application form at any time, but no later than 30 June.
2. Accommodation bursary:
We will cover the on campus accommodation of those participants who are awarded an accommodation bursary. Only those conference presenters are eligible for an accommodation bursary who have filled in the conference registration form and have booked a shared double room in the dorm on campus for their conference stay.
You are welcome to send your application form at any time, but no later than 30 June.
