19 July: Deadline for registration and payment of the early registration fee (EUR 35)
10 August: Deadline for the payment of the late registration fee (EUR 40)
15 August, noon CET: Deadline for sending the poster file in PDF if you want to have it printed on site (poster fee (EUR 30) payed by bank transfer together with the registration fee)
22-23 August: Conference
